At Live Fish Event Pros, your event is the hero of the story—and we’re here to make sure it lands. Since 2010, we’ve helped teams navigate the moving parts of live production, turning half-formed ideas into shows that look, feel, and sound intentional from the first cue to the final moment.

You get a team that asks good questions, anticipates issues before they surface, and offers options you may not have known to ask for. We’ve seen what can go wrong (and how great it feels when everything goes right), and we bring that experience to every run-of-show, tech rehearsal, and show day. Our role is part producer, part advisor, and part calm-in-the-storm partner—so you can stay present with your people while we sweat the details.
